She is currently experiencing only mild symptoms. Further, she will stay at her home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. On August 22, the first lady tested positive for Covid-19. At that time she stayed in a private residence in South Carolina. President Joe Biden also tested positive on July 22.

After the first lady was COVID-19 positive, President Biden also administered a COVID test and tested negative. President will take rest and monitor for symptoms this week.
